
LONDON: Foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Quraishi has urged Britain to stop blaming Pakistan for terrorism in its soil.
Referring to Pak-India dialogues, he said that the New Delhi was under internal political pressure on matters of dialogues.
In an interview to a British newspaper, foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Quraishi said that British citizens were involved in the terror attacks in Britain, who got them educated in Britain and became a part of the British system.
He said that Pakistan could help the West in ending the war in Afghanistan and, therefore, Britain should understand the political difficulties, which Pakistan was facing in war against the extremists and should further help assist Pakistan.
Foreign minister said that Swat military operation against Taliban was a success. He said that Pakistan remained impartial in the elections held in Afghanistan and it wanted peace and stability in Afghanistan.
