ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-N on Wednesday staged a token walkout from the National Assembly’s session against the government for not paying attention to the people’s problems.Opposition Leader in National Assembly and PML-N leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan stressed that the government should pay more heed to the problems being faced by the 170 millions people of Pakistan.
Speaking on a point or order before the walkout, Chaudhry Nisar said people have no aviability of gas, electricity and flour while the government is engaged in obtaining vote of confidence for the President.
He said that the inane ministers must watch a Capital Talk’s program, in which people had expressed their anger at the non-availability of gas on the CNG station.
The government should first ensure the provision of gas and electricity before raising its prices, said Khan.
“If someone wants to increase the political temperature, he has the ability to respond,” he said.
Responding to Nisar Ali Khan, Federal Minister Naveed Qamar advised the opposition from doing point scoring and asked for solutions.
