LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has taken out huge mass rally in protest against rising inflation and hike in prices of electricity and gas tariffs here in provincial capital city of Lahore on Sunday, Geo news reported.The participants chanted slogans against prevailing government while the rally was led by the Punjab presidents of PTI Ahsan Rasheed and Mian Mohammadur Rasheed.
They were carrying placards, badges, party flags and banners which read slogans against increase in gas and electricity tariffs and inflation in daily commodities’ price, followed by torching the puppets of ruling leaders.
Speakers, on the occasion, said government has totally collapsed to ensure relief for people during its two-year-long journey, meanwhile, they also demanded for government’s resignation.
